So during tonight’s Bible study via Zoom, I was challenged to figure out how I could help people during this crisis. Because I’m a Christian, I feel the need to help others. As Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.” So I asked myself, how can I let the light of my Christianity shine?
What I could put together fairly quickly that would help the greatest number of people? In the past, I had developed a small booklet with 10 food storage meal recipes. I figured that was a good place to start.
So what I did was I took that booklet and expanded on it. I added five new meal recipes and several new bonus recipes. And while I posted it on a bunch of Facebook groups, it is you all – my readers – who make my website happen. Because of that, I wanted to make sure that I posted this here for you guys.
You don’t have to purchase anything.
You don’t have to sign up for my newsletter.
We are all in this together, and I want to do whatever I can to help you. Feel free to share this with anyone that you think this may benefit. I get nothing from it. I want nothing from it. My desire is to simply help as many people as I can.

Thanks Karen. Lots of good stuff there.
You’re very welcome. I’m really glad that I could help.
Thank you Karen! This was so kind of you to share your recipes with everyone. I bought your book, but I am glad you shared these recipes with everyone else on here. Always look forward to getting your emails & reading your blogs & posts. Praying that you & all your loved ones continue to stay well & abundantly blessed!
You’re welcome, Maureen. Most of these recipes aren’t shared in my book – just a couple. These are the food storage recipes that my family actually uses in our food storage, so I know they’re good and work. 🙂
